How to convert encoded HTML to raw html in asp.net c# Razor view?

I have a problem in TinyMce Editor wherever I am using double Quotes it breaks my text is showing outside the HTML tinymce. The double Quotes should show the &quote in the source.

In this article I will show you how to convert like double Quotes (“) to &quote, & (abrasion) to &amp etc. The following way is best to convert.

HTML markup:

ToHtmlString() will took care of it.
