I m having a contributor account in Shutterstock. I m regularly submitting vector images, But today when I tried to open Shutterstock dashboard https://submit.shutterstock.com/dashboard. I got the following error 

"406 not acceptable openresty"

My internet was connected with landline. Afterwards I connected with mobile WIFI network, then also not working. So I used FileZilla and upload images it works. Finally submit content using mobile phone. Everything detail explained in below video.
